Financing

We believe that keeping financial expectations clear is critical to our relationship with our patients. We offer a 10% discount to all patients who pay in full, with actual cash for their treatment. For our patients who are lucky enough to be covered by an insurance policy, we go out of our way to gather as much information as we can to better help you understand your policy. You will be invited to pay any estimated of pocket costs when services are provided.

Please understand that it is up to you to become familiar with your policy and any limitations. exclusions or waiting periods that may apply. We use the information from your insurance company to create an ESTIMATE of your investment in your care with our office. If at any point you have questions about the financial end of your care with us, please don't hesitate to get in touch, we are here for you.

Insurance

Aurora Dental strives to offer extremely competent care at an affordable price. A variety of financing options are available. As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file insurance claims to all private insurers on their behalf.

If you aren't sure whether or not your insurance is accepted, we invite you to call our business team.

We are participating providers for Delta Premier, Cigna, Aetna Extend and Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of AK and WA. We are not providers for Medicaid or Medicare. If you are covered by Medicaid or Medicare and choose our office, we will invite you to pay our full fees, out of pocket, the day services are provided. Neither Medicaid or Medicare will reimburse you for services provided by our providers. Don't panic if you don't see your insurance company listed, we accept all private insurances and have patients covered by a wide variety of policies. Clear Financial Expectations

Part of our free treatment planning process is assisting our patients in understanding their dental insurance coverage. All our fees are clearly outlined and each patient is provided with an estimated insurance coverage amount as well as estimated total for their out of pocket expenses. We cannot emphasize enough that we are only able to provide you with estimates around your insurance and treatment with our office. The policy you have chosen determines the actual amount contributed to your care and we do not know what that will be until the claim is processed and paid or denied. We urge you to reach out to your insurance company with questions around your policy.

Financing Options

We firmly believe that the cost of care should never stand in the way of our patients experiencing better oral health. Patients can access financing through CareCredit. CareCredit offers flexible financing options for medical and dental procedures, regardless of what they are. It can even be used in conjunction with dental insurance or for procedures that are cosmetic. Apply online for quick, easy approval. Don’t put your dental care off too long; otherwise, it can require more costly and/or invasive treatment. Ask us about CareCredit during your treatment plan consultation.
